He presented by far, the most informative technical information of all of the contractors that I had met with. I ordered the windows and they arrived in a reasonable time period. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time. The large window for our living room has the crank outs on each side and the best part is they crank out and open straight out so you can clean them easily from the inside. They are triple pane so they will be energy efficient in the summer and winter. The installers were very professional. Friendly, respectful and they cleaned everything up after the job. It looks great! The other window is a normal double hung which was leaking before it was replaced and that also looks wonderful.
