"Our tech was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use him in the future!"

"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I will certainly call on him again when/if I have further computer problems and will recommend him to my friends. Some of the functions were not even working when he started and they are working now.

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"Hope did a deep clean at my house a few months ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness. She did an excellent job and is very meticulous. I now use her cleaning services bi-weekly. She carpet cleaned throughout the house and scheduled her to do all the windows. She did an awesome job. Eric and Hope make a great team. Eric gave me a free estimate to screen in my back deck and replace the steps on my front porch. His price was reasonable and he did quality work. I highly recommend them for any work you need. Both are reliable and trustworthy."

"I am very satisfied with the windows and the work. Noticed one screen was damaged and notified the salesman. That was weeks ago, Still haven't heard anything from him."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"Excellent service, I highly recommend this company"

"The installation was nice but they left their garbage behind, i had previously paid to have the crawlspace cleaned put."

"I purchased a Big Deal coupon for The Fireplace Doctor. We don't have a whole lot of experience dealing with fireplace clean out but they arrived in the window they said. They were friendly, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves. I don't have a basis of comparison but no complaints."
