"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We got with Anthony at High Winds Shutters.  He was a very very nice gentleman and did a wonderful job for us.  He got out to our home the very same afternoon we discovered our shutters were stolen before the police arrived, even considering that this was his busiest time of year.  He brought out samples and we chose the shutters we liked best.  The new owners did not actually want them installed, but he put them on the entire house and did a final check to make sure everything was squared away with regard to the fit and having the correct fasteners for when the time came to need them.  **Note: we have 45 windows.  He took them down per the wishes of the new owners and stacked them neatly in garage.  His prices were very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell us.  We closed on the house on schedule and we greatly appreciated his help."

"From the day of my estimate till installation was perfection. They contacted me the next day after emailing them for an estimate. Took about 5 weeks to get windows ( as they said) . They were flexible on installation date, showed up exactly 8 am, even brought their own garbage can to clean up. The windows look great and really keep out noise.

"Arrived during specified time window, after phoning for more exact directions (trouble with GPS). The service person saw the fireplace and thought he was here for a chimney sweeping ... I had to remind him that I only needed the dryer vent cleaned. I waited in the next room while he cleaned it (heard a drill going to remove screws at base of dryer). Then he came back in 5 minutes and said he was done. I looked a bit shocked - I was home for an afternoon from work for a 5 minute job?! He explained that he just had to dump the lint out from the base of the vent line because my line was short. Now that I know that unscrewing the base of the vent line is the only thing to do, I'm going to do this myself in the future. BUT, I was glad to have it done professionally this first time. The evidence was in my trash can - a pile of sad looking lint!"
