"Very pleased with our replacement windows that were installed. We had twelve windows and one removed. They were able to complete it all in one day and left without a trace. Overall highly satisfied with the communication and time frame it took to install."

Ultra Dry Roofing, LLC is a family owned and operated roofing and window company serving greater Indianapolis since 2021. We're two owners with 20 years of combined home improvement experience.\n\nWe started this company because we got tired of watching contractors take advantage of homeowners. Our inspectors aren't commission-based, and our No Upsell Guarantee includes shingle, ventilation, and warranty upgrades, so the price we quote is the price you pay. We also handle storm damage insurance claims start to finish.\n\nWindows: We sell and install Pella and Alside windows, so you can get Pella windows through us without finding a separate company. Our window team has completed hundreds of window projects across central Indiana. We measure, show you the real options at each price point, and leave. No four-hour demo, no today-only pricing. If a repair beats a replacement, we'll tell you.

"Service was good but itâ  s just too long for this installation. I still havenâ  t got the shower door yet signed up in November so it just took too long to get the product."

"Love my large sliding picture window!."

"Very detailed & knowledgeable professionals."

"Handyman service responded in an excellent time frame. Within 2 days of calling Paul Commons showed up. We had a vertices flat siding on a portion of our home and we wanted to change the look by putting 8" lap board horizontal over it. He did the measuring to include a moisture barrier and framing around 3 Windows. Normally the homeowner has the materials at the house, but we weren't sure of how much of what to get. He charged a minimal fee to pick up what we needed. We wanted 8" of lap siding to show to match the rest of the house. This meant we needed a 10" board because 2" is placed under each board. When he went to order, they did not have 10" board, but did have 12" board, but not in stock and would have to be ordered. Since my wife wanted the 8" instead of another size he would order, but would have to take it to his shop and cut 2" off each one. He charged a very reasonable fee to pick up and cut the boards to the size we needed. Would be 1 - 2 weeks before the special order came in. We planned on a date and it was installed on that date. He had to custom cut some pieces to fit around the windows as well as framing. Caulked everything. Siding was pre primed ready to paint. Paul did a outstanding job and would ask for him everytime."
