"Called them last week. Told them I had an emergency in that a window just cracked and was putting house up for sale.  The estimator who came told me it would be weeks before they could put me in the schedule but when I called that afternoon I was told we will do it as soon as we can.

I need all told 6 window panes replaced.  The cost was very fair and they came within a day.  The fellow who came (Brian) was very nice, left a clean room and did a nice job,

I went to put on some weatherstripping over a gap in the frame and saw one of the window panes was not quite affixed in a corner (slightly pulling away) I called and Brian came right back over and explained it took time for the putty to dry. I did nto know that (obviously ((*_*)) and felt a little silly calling him back but he was fine with it, apologized said probably should have explained that but he was glad I called since I had the concern,

The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows.
