The glass was ordered and arrived within the expected time frame. Office called and we set an appointment for installation. Arrived on time and unwrapped and prepared the window and put it in without disturbing anything around it. Window is clear, fits perfectly and looks like it belongs in the window frame. This company is customer oriented and their installers are professionals. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work and will continue to use them."

He also reattached some wood onto a removable window grid and inserted the grid into the window so that it finally stayed put, which, again, it has not done for some time.
