"He explained to me why I have been having trouble with the storm door since it was installed and finally tightened the frame so that it shut firmly. I have had this looked at both by the company that installled it and by another handyman before and they had not helped. He also reattached some wood onto a removable window grid and inserted the grid into the window so that it finally stayed put, which, again, it has not done for some time.
