"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. They took down and replaced blinds and window treatment after they installed the window windows moved furniture as needed and were very professional. I highly recommend them."

"Used them twice. 1st time to replace all window screens. Guy came w/ his buddy and girlfriend who waited for him. The screen frames are flimsy and the pull tabs are cheap rubber that pull right out when trying to remove screen. Called them back to fix one screen where material had separated from frame, and two where tabs had pulled loose. Come to find out they only offer a 30 day warranty which i was adamantly told 1) IS INDUSTRY STANDARD and 2) screens are simple, any issues would be caused by USER. I bit my tongue and had them come back out. (It was a subcontractor NOT AN EMPLOYEE, guy gave me his own card). Nice enough guy but once again the cheap rubber pull tabs just come right off. I still have one screen out since Irma because i have no pull tabs."
