I initially met with Jody (Director of Sales) and he did a very detailed review of their windows â specifically pointing out the various aspects of the windows construction and benefits. He presented by far, the most informative technical information of all of the contractors that I had met with. I ordered the windows and they arrived in a reasonable time period. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time. I was impressed that Jody took the time (on a Saturday) to stop by my house and check in with me on the progress of the installation. "We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote....
