"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We called their 800 number, they made an appointment for the following week. Two people arrived on time. One worked inside the other outside. They moved whatever furniture necessary and replaced it and they were done in less than an hour. We have approx. 20 windows and a patio door."

"Cleaning was fine.  Have used them twice so far and the work they did was excellent.  Scheduling however, is another thing entirely.  The first time I booked online through Angie's list, they gave me a date, I replied to them that that was good.  Never heard from them again.   They gave a two hour window of time they would arrive.  Didn't happen.  At end of time I called and they told me I wasn't on the schedule.  They rescheduled for the next day and they did come and the work was great.  The second time I used them, I called them and booked directly.  The morning arrived for the cleaning -- no one showed.  Again called and was told I wasn't on the schedule!  I recommend that you use them, but when you call and schedule -- get the name and extension number of the person who tells you you're all set, AND  call back several times before the day you expect them to come to make sure you're on the schedule, otherwise you will be left hanging, and scrambling to get someone out.
