A day or two later I got a call back, which I missed, and I played phone tag with the office for about a week. Once I actually talked to someone an appointment was made within the next week. My estimator was prompt, professional and respectful. He quickly prepared his estimate, and presented it to me. He didn't really explain the benefits of PK construction's products or installation. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

They were very understanding and always answered all my questions. When I finally said "yes", a date was scheduled, then I got ill and had to put them on hold again. They were polite and worked with me. When they came to put the windows in, they never wasted time, worked hard and finished the job in a timely fashion. They were really nice and respectful, they were great! The windows are under warranty and they will replace them for free even if I break them."
