"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. "We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."
