He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

Mike came out to give me an estimate a few days after I contacted him and was able to fit me in to do the work aprox 2 weeks later. It was a pleasure doing business with him, he does great work at reasonable prices, is very personable, and very clearly takes pride in his work and running his business.
