"This is my second window job with MHP. First time, we upgraded a dozen windows in our home with a high-end product. Everything went perfectly. When I needed replacements in my rental I was looking for value. MHP beat the price of 2 other bids with a better product. Paul and Cathy are true professionals from the first contact to job completion."

"Gabriel and his partner were on time, super courteous, and very informative. They showed us how the window locks and built-in stops work and how easily the windows dissemble to clean. This was an excellent experience overall and I would hire Brothers again! The windows are gorgeous!!"

"The installation crew was perfect! Very nice and professional. There was an issue with one of the windows not being shipped with the other windows, but got the window and came back to finish the job in two business days. The quality of the windows and the installation is top notch!"

"The production of the product took a little longer than expected, but as soon as the windows were ready the install was super fast. The guys finished all 18 windows of my home in 1 day! The communication with the office can be improved, but overall I has a very good experience. I would definitely recommend."

"RBA is our first choice for window installs. Nica was able to look over the project needs for the window renewal and set up the project. Hector arrived as scheduled to take the measurements. Looking forward to having the new windows."

"Very professional; did a fabulous job installing new frames and screens on my windows and sliding glass doors; efficient; left everything clean; would hire them again for any projects related to the windows and doors of our home."

"Awesome work saved me a ton of money over window replacement"

"Jeff really works with you and your budget, he doesn't pressure sale you. It was easy and I'm very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism exhibited by his crew. They were prompt and quick. The price is affordable, I did quote other major stores and Jeff beat them without even trying, and the windows look great!"

"I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc."
