"To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine.
