"This was the third time we used Therno Seal and again we could not be happier. The two prior times were to replace the windows in the house. The windows are awesome and Aaron will work within your budget. This business is family owned so there aren’t tons of calls and a pressure presentations to buy the top of the line product. Well this time we needed a new roof. I amazed how good this roof looks. It turned out that we needed teardown of the whole roof but that was ok because everything was laid out before hand of what can happen. .Aaron explains everything up front and is always available if you have any questions. When it came to work on the roof the head guy was Bob. He doesn’t just drop off a crew and leave. He stayed the entire time making sure the job was done the right way. The job was done in two days. "Sheldon and his crew did a fantastic job installing our staircase banister and making an adjustment to the panel to our bay window shutters. We had new windows installed and despite the installers assurance that the measurements would remain the same the bay window paneling came out smaller than expected. This was a problem because we also ordered shutters and blinds and we told the window installer we needed to ensure the measurements would remain the same. Of course when it came time to install the shutter the bay window measurements came out smaller. I contacted Sheldon and despite his busy schedule during the holiday season he stopped by the house to look over what needed to be done. Sheldon was honest in that he would not be able to get to me until after the holidays which was fine with me. He explained that he needed to obtain a specific bit in order to properly shave down the shutter to fit into the panel. Not soon after the holiday season Sheldon an his crew arrived and began the job. I appreciated the fact that Sheldon explained to me what he was doing and kept me apprised when running into an issue. (He was tenacious in resolving said issue!) Both jobs turned out terrific and I plan on hiring Sheldon again for other projects that I have coming up. After they left I went to grab my broom to clean up and lo and behold they left the job spotless!! Great job ! Quality work at a great rate. I would definitely recommend this company for your projects."

"The repairman came on time to look at four windows that needed repair. He immediately saw the problems and said he can repair them. He texted a breakdown of the cost if each window and gave a reasonable price for repair. I reviewed the offer and texted back my approval and we agreed on a date. He arrived on time started work right away and completed 4 windows that morning. He was efficient and respectful I would recommend him to get the job done st a reasonable rate."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Doug Cohen is the best! He came to my apartment a few weeks ago to measure screens for 10 windows of all different sizes. A few weeks later, he came back and installed all of the screens in under an hour. This was a completely no stress process. Doug is honest, reliable, no fuss, and knowledgeable and competent. Now I can open my windows without being concerned that bugs are going to come in or that my dogs are going to jump out. Also can use the open windows to get some air without turning on the air conditioning to save money and energy. Doug is so friendly and professional and down to earth. Showed me how to remove the screens for cleaning. Can't imagine a better experience and so glad I went with Doug and his team."

"I needed windows replaced on my home which was built in 1947. The wood frame was rotted through. I first contacted Renewal By Anderson and was given a ridiculously high price. A second “contractor” gave a very low price but I got the feeling they were not professional. Then I contacted Major Homes. Lloyd came to my house and showed me a full size sample of the product (not just a corner cut (which is what Anderson showed me). Then he gave me what I consider to be a very reasonable price which was not even 1/3rd of what Anderson quote me. The timeline was good and the custom made windows arrived quicker than I had expected. A team of three very professional installers arrived and performed the installation in a way that impressed me. They obviously had a ton of experience and did the job perfectly. The windows are beautiful and I would not hesitate at all to recommend Major Homes for windows or any home construction or remodel project. In fact I already referred a friend of mine who mentioned to me that he needed a new front door."
