Made the appointment and his installers were there on time. the windows were nice and were reasonably priced. however, installation did not go well. Caulking was missed and I asked Keith to have them come back immediately which they did. The installers made a mess of the shutters. left a mess in my yard. I have had several of my windows replaced in my house over the years and these installers were by far the worst. they were punctual. I will give them that. but had I not checked for thoroughness on their job, when it rained it would have ruined the windows and the walls. Its a pity because I liked Keith."
