"I am very satisfied with window shopping. The salesman was very good at explaining all about the way the windows work and also how efficient they are. I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. "Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

"He is a knowledgeable electrician. Problem is that there was an extra cost due to the new breaker box needing extra wire and the meter switch was broken during the installation process. He still has not come back to put the door on the box and there are NO labels for the breakers. I have messaged him several times and I have gotten no response. Of course I had already paid him. In my book, that is poor service."

Alan and his crew were good about explanations, keeping us informed of their progress, and the daily clean-up was appreciated. Getting all our needs (for mold remediation, insulation replacement, electrification, dehumidifier, two sump pumps, gutter drain extensions, and more) met by one contractor was a time and effort saving blessing. The cost was MUCH less than competitors who advertise heavily and offer coupons and â dealsâ in our area. Marty said they would care for us, and they did. I feel relief at knowing our home is now more functional and safe. Five star service!"

"I am particular on the details, that being said while the installers where nice and quick I was surprised to find at the end of the job, rough cut down spout straps, I have toddlers that play in the yard and these were edges that can cut you, not to mention there appearance gives off a low budget install which I assure you I paid good money for, one black colored downspout boot on the front of the house when all others where white as are my gutters, and one open end upper level gutter that I would prefer to have been tied into a lower level gutter or downspout. I have addressed these issues to one of the returning contractors when he came out to measure my windows and doors for there next project and asked how I liked my gutter install. He noted my concerns but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. They still have time to make these minor details right for me as I was unable to be as involved communication wise throughout the installment as I could have, therefore potentially catching these details before hand. Again they were nice and quick and overall I am happy, but a 5 star rating from me is all in the details and that’s what I am hoping they come through on for me before it’s all said and done. I’ll follow up."
