"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
