Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. They were very professional, showed when they said they would and installed my windows  (7 of them!) in a very timely fashion. Amir and Eddie did an amazing job! Kudos to them! "It went far better than I could have ever hoped.  This was not a simple project.  
The glass was a gigantic, double glazed window set into an even larger sliding exterior door in an artist's loft
But Chad and his team are the best. Yes, they did what they said they would do - for what they said it would cost - and at the time when they said they could.  But they went above and beyond.  They were so professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around.
Taking the massive door out of it's track was a really difficult  task because of its weight and the settling of the building. Also  - when repaired - it needed to put back in place , and meet up perfectly  at a corner with another sliding door.  But they made it seem almost easy.  
When they were done, it was if nothing had ever happened. The glass, the door, and my place were spotless  - and all was back to normal without any drama at all .  Even my little dog liked them - and that is the real litmus test around here!

"Guil's assistants installed the air conditioner in the window on Monday, June 6th, and did a good job, cleaning the window and removing the old AC. Guil came the next day and took away the old AC and caulked up the gaps in the seal on the new AC with his caulking gun. Guil was very courteous and upbeat about the install. We hope to use him again on a future project."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."
