The remeasure guy came the next day 4 weeks later I received a call on Monday that my windows were in. The install guys came on Wednesday around 9 am and were done by 2. They were nice and knew what they were doing. Every one has commented the windows improved the look of the home. I am a very happy Customer!!"

The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. "I asked them to save the windows that were taken out, I assumed that the screens would have been saved as well. The company informed me that the screens had already been trashed and they are no good. I told them that those screens were mine and I wanted them, the company assured em that I would get some screens back and now they are being unresponsive. It has been over 4 months since the installation and I have still have no screens."
