"Installed early December. Wanted to wait and see how the windows faired all winter. Windows so far look great and no drafts in the cold months. Very satisfied. Only problem was the workers installing seemed to just want to work quick. Some dings on my hardwood floors. Broken landscaping lights. They forgot to caulk the top of 3 of my windows. This has all been resolved but I was hoping for a smooth install with zero issues being the price for windows and installation nowadays."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
