James and his crew arrived early on the day of the install. They replaced 14 double hung wooden windows with new OKNA double hung 800 series Deluxe windows. They also replaced my Patio Door, and my French Door with OKNA Elegante Sliding doors which are incredible doors. James and his crew were so professional, and they knew what they were doing. Some frame-outs were required to remedy rotting sills. Window Nation was very professional, from the salesman, Jon, to the customer service rep, Hamaad, who kindly followed up with us after the install. All of our questions were answered.
