"I just wanted to express how SELIG stands by their fantastic warranty. I had some big picture windows replaced by them last fall and shortly later a bird flew into one of them and cracked the outer pane. Figuring that SELIG would procrastinate on fixing it since I didn't finance I just paid in full, I called and left a message. I was happily surprised by a return call stating they wud put in the order for a new window and would be out to install it when it arrived. (A 3 hour drive one way to my home for them) Kevin showed up promptly and replaced the whole window quickly with no questions asked. "I off and on tried for 6 years to find someone who would replace a shattered glass window in a French door, until Pete came out to give a free estimate. He carefully assessed how the window was set into the door and whether it could be removed without ruining the door or the frame. He showed me how he would fix it, then used his phone to create the estimate and how I could go online to retrieve it. I was so impressed with both his manual skills and his use of technology that I accepted his offer on the spot. Pete took his measurements, ordered the glass, and delivered and installed in a little more than a week. He used his best skills to not only assess the feasibility of the project but he educated me to his thinking.
