I had some big picture windows replaced by them last fall and shortly later a bird flew into one of them and cracked the outer pane. Figuring that SELIG would procrastinate on fixing it since I didn't finance I just paid in full, I called and left a message. I was happily surprised by a return call stating they wud put in the order for a new window and would be out to install it when it arrived. (A 3 hour drive one way to my home for them) Kevin showed up promptly and replaced the whole window quickly with no questions asked.
