"for most part good they were clean polite only complaint would be some minor caulk details nothing too bad  still in the air about window quality but I was given what I paid for

"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"

"We had Window World replace 36 windows in our home.  The entire house including the basement windows.
These guys are so amazing!  They did the entire job in 3 days.  The old windows were original to our 1918 house, which can be a little complicated.  The replacement windows are vinyl, and a number of them needed to match our interior wood trim.  The window mullions very closely match the old windows.  They are double hung and have all the great features that can be that Window World offers.
New windows are probably one of the best in vestments in our home.   We could not be happier and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

"Their customer service is just great. They were responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction with the new windows."

"Very prompt - was able to answer all my questions - I've decided to make this a diy project. I would certainly call them in the future."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"I have had Kitchen and Bath Specialties do several things to my house including a skylight an oval window above my bed and a specialty window in a bathroom, so I hired them again to do a new backsplash around my kitchen and lighting. As usual the work was done promptly and professionally. The backsplash tile is beautiful and was flawlessly installed. Joe also installed multi colored under cabinet lighting which gives it a nice accent. He always comes up with great ideas on how to accomplish and perfect the task. I highly recommend him and his team."
