"A plus service, Cathi Johnson recommended a glass company since I did not want to replace the window. Cathi went above and beyond to help me since I am no expert at windows. She gave a great recommendation and excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend Metropolitan high performance windows. I know when we do need an upgrade for all of our windows I will surely be making a call to Cathie."

"We replaced 11 windows in our home. Every step of the process was easy, from selection to installation, thanks to the professionalism and promptness of Brother's Home Improvement. They offered two brands of vinyl windows and helped me decide between the two, answering my many questions. They will also price match--although the Brother's bid was lower than 2 other companies from which I received estimates. The windows were ordered and arrived sooner than expected. The installation was done within a couple of hours. They were on time and I had every confidence the installers were experienced. All around, an excellent experience."

"The installation crew was perfect! Very nice and professional. There was an issue with one of the windows not being shipped with the other windows, but got the window and came back to finish the job in two business days. The quality of the windows and the installation is top notch!"

"Diego was an impressive sales person and we had done our research, so we signed up the same evening. His knowledge of construction aided the process immensely. We had the order filled out that night in a marathon session! with all design decisions made. Measurements were taken again on appt., the order was placed. Windows came in on the earliest date given, and we scheduled the installation. A flock of installers and windows decended on our jome and old wimdows were flying out and new ones in, and by the end of the day most windows were done, only the sliding glass doors, the custom eork and the back door were left and took 5 more days to complete. We really enjoyed the craftsmem who were doing these jobs, they were so talented and worked hard every day. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. The skill and expertise of these men that worked on creating a whole new design is much appreciated, and the whole house is so much more comfortable with these new timted and heat resistamt windows. Quieter too. The company was respmaive to any concerns amd communication was very good throughout the job."

"Our window installers (Jose Sandoval, Miguel Morales, and Carlos Ortiz) were a great team! They did a a very good job installing all our windows efficiently and professionally. They were on time each day and Jose even called each day to let me know ahead that the team would be coming in ~15min which I appreciated. All 3 were very professional and worked so hard on the project to finish our installation quickly. The new windows look beautiful! Note: We also chose Renewal by Andersen (and willing to pay more for high quality product) b/c these windows are manufactured in USA!"

"I recently had a window screen installed, and I?m really pleased with the result. The screen fits well and looks good in the frame. The installation was done neatly, with no issues, and everything seems secure. The technician was on time and made sure the area was cleaned up afterward. I?m satisfied with the work and would recommend this service to anyone in need of a window screen installation."

"The windows are fantastic; they are working great. And I would recommend this company."

"Great guy, gave us a very good price and delieved our glass. And gave us some good tips on taking care of windows. I would definitely recommend him."

"Pablo and Maria come every 2 weeks, and we love it when they do. The house is so clean after they come.
They arrive exactly when they say they will. They bring all their tools and cleaners and special tricks with them. In 2-4 hours, the 2 of them work so hard and clean the house so well, it sparkles when they are done.
Pablo and Maria are a great team and they are very pleasant while they are here. They speak great English and Spanish, so communication is never a problem in either language. We have a dog, which can be a little annoying at times, but they manage him and clean around him while they work. He treats them like family now when they arrive.
Anything extra we ask them to do, they are happy to do it. They even clean windows (1 a week) to keep them looking good.
Maria makes the bed very beautifully, so the night after they come is like going to bed in a resort! They also change sheets on any bed we leave sheets for.
Jared is also very good to work with, taking credit/debit card over the phone and rescheduling if needed. Jared and Kristina are good business owners and very customer focused.
We can't say enough good about them. Just hire them!
