He came out the first time for a free consultation and returned a few days later to caulk around a large Andersen window frame which had been leaking during heavy rains. It was on the second floor and we didn’t have access to the backyard for a ladder so they had to do it by hanging out the adjacent windows. Boris got it done and did it with a smile. Hopefully this repair will solve the issue although there’s no way of knowing for sure until the next rainstorm. (I should mention the windows ARE rather old. ) But it was certainly worth trying before deciding to replace the whole huge picture window. We highly recommend Golden Touch."

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
