"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. "The deck is beautiful and well constructed. In addition to building the deck, Bobby, the owner, designed and installed custom gates with aluminum spindles for my back yard entrances. He also advised on landscaping the area with a different variety of bushes and trees. Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the quality of work done by Precision Services. If there was an issue, they fixed it immediately. They were very professional and polite workers.
