"Vent went from back of garage to parking lot, with 4 elbows in the venting.  It was clearly neglected for years and the dryer was taking forever to dry clothes.  When they were done with the work, the dryer took at least 25% less time to get the job done.  I am also confident that I won't have another vent fire as I did once in a rental unit where this task was never completed.

"Diego was an impressive sales person and we had done our research, so we signed up the same evening. His knowledge of construction aided the process immensely. We had the order filled out that night in a marathon session! with all design decisions made. Measurements were taken again on appt., the order was placed. Windows came in on the earliest date given, and we scheduled the installation. A flock of installers and windows decended on our jome and old wimdows were flying out and new ones in, and by the end of the day most windows were done, only the sliding glass doors, the custom eork and the back door were left and took 5 more days to complete. We really enjoyed the craftsmem who were doing these jobs, they were so talented and worked hard every day. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. The skill and expertise of these men that worked on creating a whole new design is much appreciated, and the whole house is so much more comfortable with these new timted and heat resistamt windows. Quieter too. The company was respmaive to any concerns amd communication was very good throughout the job."

"Our window installers (Jose Sandoval, Miguel Morales, and Carlos Ortiz) were a great team! They did a a very good job installing all our windows efficiently and professionally. They were on time each day and Jose even called each day to let me know ahead that the team would be coming in ~15min which I appreciated. All 3 were very professional and worked so hard on the project to finish our installation quickly. The new windows look beautiful! Note: We also chose Renewal by Andersen (and willing to pay more for high quality product) b/c these windows are manufactured in USA!"

"Very professional; did a fabulous job installing new frames and screens on my windows and sliding glass doors; efficient; left everything clean; would hire them again for any projects related to the windows and doors of our home."

"The person who was sent to give me estimates was very personable. The was NO PRESSURE to buy nor was there any upsetting me on more expensive windows! I was very happy with the prices."

"I have an 1800 sq foot house. I live alone, My house is clean & neat. I wanted a general cleaning. They asked me what was most important to me, because they could not clean my whole house in the 4 hr window. I said the bathrooms, family room, kitchen were most important. They said they could not do all that in the four hours. So I said the most important things to me was the bathrooms & didn't want them to leave without doing the floors. And that is all they did in 4 hours, the bathrooms & floors. The bathrooms include, a powder room, used only for guests & is neat & clean, the master bath, which is not moldy or dirty, no soap scum build up in shower or on the shower door & the hall bath, used when I have company stay, Then they vacuumed the carpet & washed the kitchen floor & tile floor in the entry & dining area. What they did was excellent. They paid attention to detail. But I've had house cleaners many many times over the years so I know what cleaners do in a 4 hour period of time, as well as what I can do. I was going to check them out to see if I would want them on a regular basis. i was not happy with what they were able to accomplish in that time. I told the gentleman that, He said they don't just go in & wipe up. They do the job to really get things clean. I will say what they did was good work, just very slow. i would not hire them again."

"It went very well from start to finish. Justin arrived on time and explained the entire scope of work required to upgrade my windows. Once the terms were agreed upon, the contract was signed and the initial deposit was made, the project moved forward without problems and on schedule. I would certainly recommend Approved Contractor, Inc to anyone looking to replace their old windows with modern, quiet and energy efficient windows."
