"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Excellent service! Doug, the owner, arrived early and was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and he completed the work efficiently and explained what he found during the cleaning. (He also closed our gates when he was finished, which is a big plus for dog owners.) During the course of the service he explained the other services they offer, but not in a pushy way at all. We took advantage of an Angie's List deal, but even without that, pricing was competitive. We will definitely be using Whole Home Cleaners again, for a variety of services (they do window, house and gutter cleaning, as well as fence staining)."
