"I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
