"Premier replaced all of the windows in my North Aurora townhome as well as the rear exterior door. Even though I had done A LOT of research before Pat came out to provide the bid, I can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was in explaining the installation process and the various features of the windows. After he left I knew if the price was reasonably close to the other bids I wanted to work with Premier. The installation crew was also professional, courteous, and competent, and they worked efficiently to get the job done."

"It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. I expected minor issues. And John/team were quick to respond and fixed them immediately. I highly, highly recommend Best Windows."

"Excellent price. Great job installing windows. Customer service very helpful. Had all windows replaced. Windows made in Illinois. Made a significant improvement on my heating bill."

"Karl and the team at Chicagoland Window Wizards were great! My patio door was a custom size and their quote was the most reasonably priced compared to the others that I gathered. The communication throughout the process was awesome! There was even an issue with my door that the company addressed right away with no hesitation. I have already recommended this company to others. Go with them and you will get quality work at an amazing value."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Very efficient! Came on time. Returned with finished cover as promised. Great advice as to maintaining upkeep of window as also the well. Thank you!"

"Andrei Melnyk is not an independent craftsman but works for a large corporation which a) doesn't do small jobs and b) doesn't work in Brooklyn. Should not be listed under window repairs for Brooklyn"

"This pair of true craftsmen worked magic on my old but serviceable 28-year-old wood windows. Two casement & two large fixed windows suffered substantial cosmetic rot in sash, sill &/or brick-mold. Windows were removed & completely rebuilt. The skill displayed in fashioning the intricate re-framing of the windows from 4â x4â stock using a table saw amazed me. They did additional exterior work, replacing rotted wood trim around the garage & chimney areas. All work was caulked, & repainted. Half dozen other contractors shied away from any cosmetic repair, each suggesting full window replacement. Work was done very reasonably compared to replacement cost, they look brand new. I thank God they came to DeKalb for us & saved our beautiful windows. Prayers answered, they have our highest recommendation."

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Windows were done in one day. Crew cleaned up nicely. Windows look great."
