Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. "Nova Exteriors did a fantastic job on our windows. Tom came to give us our estimate and walk us through the various products they provide. He did a great job at answering our questions and showing us what our options were without being in-your-face-buy-my-product sales guy. The team that came and installed the windows did an amazing job. They were in and out in half a day. We had five double hung windows installed and one massive picture window. They were courteous, on time, and cleaned up inside and outside when they were done."

Once the custom made windows arrived a five man team lead by Joe. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. After laying out the windows and ensuring all their material;s were in place they got to work. By 3:30 PM all 21 windows were installed, all the trash picked up and the space around the windows had been vacuumed. The install was professional and polite, they stopped to answer my questions, they barely even took a lunch break. "The people from this company were on-time, professional and pleasant to deal with. They came to give an estimate on the same day I called them. The estimate they gave was for 5 windows which had to be ordered. The windows were available within the 2 weeks they promised and the install date was set for a fews days after. On install day it became obvious that we had had a mis-communication on what a and quot;windowand quot; is. To me, one window included both the top and bottom panel in the window frame. However, they counted each panel as a separate window - so I really needed 10 panels and they had only ordered 5. Immediately they offered to order and install the 5 additional panels I needed at a 20% discount. I accepted the offer, they ordered the windows, and they were installed approximately 2 weeks later.
All in all, even though I had to go through the process twice, I came out ahead because of the 20% discount on the second part of the order.
