•   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"Nova Exteriors did a fantastic job on our windows. Tom came to give us our estimate and walk us through the various products they provide. He did a great job at answering our questions and showing us what our options were without being in-your-face-buy-my-product sales guy. The team that came and installed the windows did an amazing job. They were in and out in half a day. We had five double hung windows installed and one massive picture window. They were courteous, on time, and cleaned up inside and outside when they were done."

"Well we signed the contract in October and we had to call in November to be scheduled after a deposit was taken. We were told that we would be contacted and we never were. We were finally scheduled the roofer came early Friday morning which I was happy about, the roofer started throwing trash in my elderly neighbors yard which ended up causing an argument between my neighbors and the roofers, things escalated and the police were called a police report was filed. My neighbor said he would sue if any damages were done to his property. The roofers left once it got dark outside, there was trash everywhere, they left my front yard gate and back yard gate open. They never told us they were leaving and they never told us when they were coming back. So the next morning around 10am I didn’t hear from the the roofers, I called the company and Mr.Whiting answered the phone, he said that he is sure his roofers would come back, I told him about the police report he said “the police can do what they need to do” he never apologized for the altercation or even asked what happened. He called back and told me the roofers were coming at 1pm, they didn’t arrive until after 3 pm. Then on top of everything my front bay windows slate wasn’t replaced with shingles because the roofers said it wasn’t completed in the estimate, which to me was a lie. But I will not be using this company ever again I was satisfied with the partial work that was completed I was not satisfied with the employees or owner. How do you not include a window in an estimate when I was told the window was included in the estimate, but my side bay window was. That’s very frustrating because this wasn’t cheap."
