"They are good quality windows and their customer service was great. However a little pricey. The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"

"We had discussed replacing our windows so when PK sales representative showed us the type of windows they used and showed some of their former work we decided to go with their company. He gave us a quote that seemed reasonable for all that we wanted to do.
Within a short time Peter Larson, the owner, came to take measurements, answer questions and give his expert advice when asked. He was extremely easy to work with and very honest. The team worked quickly yet very careful to do every job correctly. It took about two weeks to complete our project. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our house as it looks so updated and fresh with all that was done. "Byron tore down the old fence and did a great job putting up the new one. We had a couple ceiling fans installed in our bedrooms. Byron is a great craftsman and built my mom two beautiful custom built-ins along with her bathroom cabinets. My mom also has rental property and we had him change out some of the A/C filters as the ceilings are high and change out some windows. We have hired him again to do a lot of repairs and new work at the rental property to include building a wheelchair ramp, cementing a space for our A/C unit, building a large bench around a tree and fixing some of our loose bricks. We also have a family owned business and one of our yearly events requires putting up a 30x35 temporary building ( a lot of wood work involved). His knowledge in putting up the building helped everything go smooth. We have used Byron for years for small and large jobs. He is excellent in his field and service and we have been very pleased."
