"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. "Our basement wall had settled over five inches.  They piered the front basement wall and brought it back up to level.  The basement wall was beyond repair.   They cut a section of the back basement wall and demolished the entire back wall and poured me a new basement back wall.  Great job guys!!!

John Adams came out to give me an estimate on a roof replacement and repair. He showed up on time and on the day that he promised. He gave me the actual estimate during his visit and walked me through the materials that they would use, how long the work would take and when he was available to do the work.

This was the highest estimate but I would have used them "hands down" if I wasn't going to sell my house. If this was going to be my forever home I wouldn't use anyone but Southern Grace Exteriors to do the roof replacement/repairs.
