"Was professional and thorough in not only cleaning the dryer vents in a 4 story condo building that required attic access to clean those venting through the roof but in the removal of existing bird guards and the install of a newer version. It was extremely hot that day but Ted never lost his cool. Yes, we would recommend him."

"They immediately called us to give us a quote and explained the details of their service. They messaged us to let us know that the cleaning crew was on their way. The crew arrived as scheduled. Alexis and Jhordan were very professional, efficient and respectful. We highly recommend their service. They did a good and thorough job of cleaning our gutters."

"Marvin and his team did an excellent job! He arrived within the timeframe I was given and quickly cleaned my dryer vent. He also took the time to go over recommendations that I can use in the future. Once the service was completed, he showed me what had been done and explained how everything was working. I truly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and great customer service. I definitely plan to be a repeat customer and will have this service done every two years. I highly recommend Marvin and his team from KCR Indoor Air Quality."

"The pro did the work of cleaning out the dryer vents. However, they left without discussing what they learned from the work. The picture that they sent with their project completion did not have particularly good pictures and did NOT show the lint that was removed from the vent exhaust. Moreover, the summary description of the work simply said that no problem was detected. Nothing about the exhaust cleaning. I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept talking about the quality work they did which did not answer my question about the lint removal. She did say there were pictures attached to the report. I agreed, but it was only of the vent and the roof. She sent me additional pictures that clearly showed the volume of lint removed on the roof. In my opinion, this whole experience could have been avoided if 1) the report summary explained that lint was removed, in addition to "there were no problems noted", and 2) all the pictures taken by the technicians been included."

"Cleaning was very well done."
