"Overall I would say that the customer service and cleaning are worth the money and I would use these guys again. I used them to clean a house I was moving into and I was impressed with the dirt they removed. Customer service is also excellent..There are only a few comments I have. It would be useful to go over available extra services before cleaning begins. I also wanted to point out that some home owners are very adverse to cigarette smoke so if the windows are open and someone smokes a cigarette the smoke comes back in through the windows and ruins the clean effect. Also, sadly my refrigerator still has an odor so maybe stronger cleaners are needed."

The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start.
