"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

The agent walked me through every step and answered all of my questions. The techs were very pleasant, as well. One could tell that they loved their job. The were neat and clean and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of our questions. They even answered our call after leaving our appointment and offered to come back. The price was very reasonable...and we will be using them again, when we convert our other fireplace!!!"
