"customer service was superior and a very good job was done. referred the service to others for janitorial needs"

"Thanks to Angi for this recommendation! Nate Wolfe of Top Notch Cleaning Solutions responded fast, drove an hour and 15 min and showed up early for his appointment at our residence. He said how he’d tackle our gutter cleaning, and did what he said he would do on this cold day. Our gutters were caked up badly with wet leaves, hardened sludge, and even ice, but not any more. Professional and refreshingly polite, his communication and customer service skills are way, way above normal. Lastly, his clean up was effective. 👍"

"I highly recommend the Clean Swipe Technique for any business in need of janitorial services. They recently cleaned the rugs and waxed the floors at my company, Healing, Health and Wellness Center, and I was extremely pleased with the results. They were professional and efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I will definitely be using them again in the future."

"Above cost compared to other duct cleaning services"

"Always keeps good communication about what days they can come. With bi weekly maintenance and other small projects such as gutters, bushes, and such I can honestly say I'm satisfied with the service especially for the price. Would recommend to anyone"

"Brandon came to my house, and I explained that one of my dogs peed in the vent. He had no issues cleaning it; it only took him a few minutes for no charge. I asked other services, and they will charge me extra and recommend other services."

GSM has been in business for a very long time.  I know why.  GSM was professional from the original contact, to the quote, to the install, the testing, and the follow up.  The advisor answered my questions, and was available later for follow up questions.  They gave me a range of quotes which I really appreciated and helped me make a fair comparison to other quotes I received.  This company guarantees your satisfaction and comfort, and they give that to you in writing.  They were willing to work with me on scheduling the installation, and kindly provided a portable unit to keep me cool overnight.  The weather was in the high 90s and this was a two day job.  The technicians who actually did the work were courteous and respectful of my home.  I felt completely comfortable with them coming in and out as needed.

Once the installation was done, they gave me good clear instructions on using the system; I feel comfortable with the programmable thermostat.  They cleaned up after themselves well too.  They have provided detailed information on how I can reach them with any questions or concerns.  These guys understand customer service.  I anticipate a long business relationship with them.

"Efficiently done and a good attitude! Showed up on time and graciously answered all my questions. This was well worth the cost, such a necessary service. Quick setup and knowledgeable operator. I did not realize how much dust collected over the years! It’s definitely a service I am recommending to friends and family and will hire again."

"AAA Union Tree Services took down my 90 foot perilously-leaning pine tree that was right next to my concrete driveway and the road. They arrived when scheduled, had all the equipment needed, did a great job taking it down in a few hours, cleaned up and left no damage. I will use them again and recommend them."
