"They are more than merely Maid Service. I asked for a detailed and cleaning; floorboards, cabinets (in and out) walls (all) Kitchen (fully) bathrooms (floors shower). And they did so much more. They worked extremely hard, and since my husband and I had both recently been down with cancer, our home needed the exact touch they gave. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and just wonderful. I will use them again, since I do not imagine my husband and I getting any younger to do all that they did. The price was reasonable for the service they gave. They get 10 out of 10 starts from us. You will not be sorry using this company."

"What a terrific company! The owner, Cindy responded immediately to my request for services. She did a free walk through and gave me her price. I knew immediately that #1 Cleaning was the choice for me. My 3-bedroom rental was not an easy place to clean. It was old and dusty. We had lived there for 23 years so you can imagine. Her crew of two amazingly thorough and very pleasant women were on the case! They were hard working and did not miss a spot. Plus I liked their choices of cleaning products. They scoured every corner of that old house. I anticipate being fully reimbursed for my deposit…thanks to #1 Cleaning! It was a pleasure doing business with Cindy and her crew. "The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
