Initially, I contacted Mr. Black in July 2016, and he diligently worked on my fan until January 2017. He experienced several set-backs with the Casablanca Co, sending dysfunctional fly-wheels. Mr. Black persisted and now the fan is completely over-hauled and works wonderfully. I appreciate his diligence and his expertise and I would highly recommend his services to others."
