After he took care of my dryer vent he also looked at a couple of small house projects for me. He let me know how to either take care of it myself or how much he would charge to come take care of them for me if I desired. It was wonderful costumer service!"

This pro did it the old fashioned way because there would be drips. He cleaned outside and then cleaned inside separately. He was meticulous and took great pride in his work. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."

"Jonathan arrived on time and quickly got to work. He saw that some of the hangers hadn’t been attached to the house when the gutters were installed, so he attached them. He checked and cleaned all the downspouts as well. He even added a strainer to the top of a downspout that flows into a barrel so large debris won’t clog our sump pump. He took all the debris he removed with him, leaving no trace he had been here other than clean gutters. Jonathan was pleasant and professional and I’m very glad to have found True Gutters.
