"Serious, roll up their sleeves, hard working deep cleaning ladies. They know the true meaning of work and it shows in their finished spick and span clean homes! I will definitely recommend PERFECTION CLEANING! Eliza in downtown Rochester."

"They did a tremendous job!!! They worked diligently until the home was as clean as they would want it, if they were the ones moving in. They got things clean that I never thought would come clean!! Would highly recommend them!!!"

"Very professional and great customer service. Don was very knowledgeable and before starting the cleaning explained in detail the entire process."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"We hired the Browing family to take out a huge area of poison oak and also replace some fencing. They did a great job. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. They left the work area very clean and neat. The fencing looks great. We highly recommend that you hire this company ."

"Customer service was awesome other than the job wasn't clearly communicated to the crew that arrived to clean the gutters. Not sure if they could have done more to seal the gutters as planned but they still leak."

"Great customer service. The job was completed in a timely matter. They do good work."

"We demoed our bathroom and docs recycling management came in and cleaned it all up and hauled it away for us. They were very respectful and I would recommend them to anyone else that needs junk and debris hauled."

"prompt service, cleaned up after themselves, professional !"
