What a difference! Most of my windows are high up and hard for me to get to so for me his service is invaluable. His prices are very reasonable and the results are absolutely worth every penny. "nice, friendly but did not do the job for the time and price quoted over phone. Took 3 hrs instead of 2 and job not completed. Juandrigua did adjust price. Not sure they are really both professional cleaners, left soap scum on shower initially and then had to reclean with different procuct, used kitchen sink for mop bucket without asking, furniture wipe down left spots on wood, missed dirt in tighter areas. Overall, I thought $175 was pretty expensive for the work done."
