"Hi, I love my cleaning experience with the service. I will highly recommend and use again."

"Very thorough initial assessment by the owner made sure we were prepared as well as the house prior to services performed. This insured the best quality service was provided, very flexible on timing, knowledgeable about services and what we should expect. Made the process very predictable, especially for our busy schedules. Quality service wins every time would hire again thank you."

"MI Elite Window Cleaning sent a crew of 3 to clean our windows. We have a colonial home, so it makes it difficult for us to do the windows. They came on time; did a perfect job; gave me information about next season's cleaning procedure; were professional and pleasant. We will certainly hire them again in the spring. I've already referred the company to a friend. Thanks for such great service."

"He arrived early, which was great, did the job, cleaned under the dryer and sold me on carpet cleaning!"

"Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."

"Excellent. They cleaned all of my heating and A/C vents, installed a new filter and also cleaned my dryer vent. All for a very good price. I recommend them."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"They were very fast, professional and cleaned up very well after themselves. Great experience and highly recommend!"

"Easy to work with. He was able to get out to my house today and within 90 minutes he was finished. Would definitely recommend his services. Also, very economical."
