"Olga is thorough, efficient, reliable, and a good communicator. I hired her for turnovers at our short term rental, which requires that she be available with sometimes little notice, and always show up. She hasn’t missed a turnover and we’ve been seeing words like “spotless” in guest reviews. Highly recommend."

"They are an excellent cleaning company. You won’t be disappointed."

"As an older person I appreciated the help for the work to clean my house so I could move closer to family. The cleaning maid was hard working, Friendly, honest, and super efficient. My realtor was surprised and 1st day I had a showing.. If I would of found her before moving...I would have hired her to clean my house."

"I tried Intestate because they had great reviews. He was running a little late but communicated to me to let me know what time he would be there. James was very efficient and fast. He also used special wash that repelled dust and debris. My windows look amazingly clean. It was inexpensive and professionally done. James was very pleasant to talk with too."
