"Although I liked Latitia & her husband a lot, their service was "a lick and a promise" at best. We negotiated a price that was based on 3 hours, yet they were only here an hour. For the cleaning, they moved nothing on counters nor furniture on the floors. This was a superficial cleaning at best ... and when they were here for only 1 hour (instead of the 3 we discussed), I gave her an opportunity to adjust her price; she didn't. And so, for what they charged me, this "cleaning" was not particularly good ... and it was way overpriced!"
