"The guys doingvthe moving were great and polite. My biggest complaint is with customer service. I booked the move, gave them a deposit 7 days before the move. Two days before the move we reviewed details and they sprang a !6% fuel charge on the total amount instead miles travel. Unacceptable! Bait and switch! Call it what it is. Raise your price whatever but a 16% fuel charge on the total bill is ridiculous! I will not recommend them nor use them again."

Our move was complicated in that they had to drop some of our things at an apartment and the rest in two storage lockers. The storage lockers involved transferring our things from the large moving van to a smaller truck. Everything went off without a hitch. No damage whatsoever to our possessions, and Derek even figured out how to use two storage lockers instead of three, saving us money. We highly recommend Derek and his company.
