"Hire Dean Parks if almost done right is what you are looking for. They did respond quickly and showed up on time. They did not however finish the job to my satisfaction, specifically they left a 20' section of 3' to 4' icicles hanging from our gutters, called it good, and asked to be paid in full. The section where they left icicles hanging is where we experienced leakage and damage to the interior ceilings. When I talked to Dean he said "Oh they weren't done yet."
