"I recently had my home's roof replaced by Sanders and Sanders Roofing. I chose them due to their professionalism, and the warranty they offered with GAF shingles. When providing the quote, Will Purvis arrived as scheduled, (unlike others who cancelled and rescheduled), he was very professional and informative. His quote was better than all of the other companies I called, and he was responsive to my questions about the process. The crew was great, they were mindful of our plants/landscaping and cleaned up everything as they worked. They asked when they could start in the mornings, not wanting to wake us, and even trimmed limbs when I asked. Overall it was a positive experience, and I have already recommend Sanders and Sanders Roofing to friends/neighbors looking to replace their roof."

"The removal and replacement of the roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I have used this company for other jobs in the past and was always impressed with their work. The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."

"Freddie is a man of integrity. I had 3 different roofer come to my home to assess my roof; O'Hare Roofing (Freddie) expressed his assessment of my roof in a very detailed description of my issues and what it would take to do a quality repair. I had him replace my entire roof ! You can not beat his prices or his quality of work ! Highly recommend ! !"

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.
To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.
While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.
When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
